Ranfurly blowen away

Matt  28kg
Well as the title states last week was Ranfurly blown away and not really for the fish , Rob Wong lead a keen bunch of jiggers on a 5 day raid on the Ranfurly, only to be hammered by the  SE gales that just wouldn't let up. Only a day and a half was managed on the banks before we were chased off. But as they say every cloud has a silver lining and  righty so as we experienced one of the hottest bites on the coast that I can remember, fish after fish in the high 20's and 2 over 30kg with Andy claiming the bragging rights at 34kg , it was a great constellation prize that's  foreshore. Pukas again were biting well with no problems securing a good feed for the folks back home, still no show stoppers just plenty of good eaters , till next week cheers Lance
