David 32kg
Hi all, well as you read this Enchanter and crew are heading south back to the Bay of Plenty and home for a well deserved rest. What a season it has been with the Three Kings simply on fire start to finish, the fishing up here has been nothing short of sensational trip after trip it just never looked like slowing down. You just need to look though the trip reports to see how many bad trips came out of this place and you can tell that its the best of the best when it comes to big kingfish and monster bass. The last trip finished with the boys landing no fewer than 12 kingi's over the magic mark of 30kg with  David landing the showstopper at 35kg. Bass again were on the bite big time with all the boy's landing P.B's and Aaron taking out the bass title at 50kg on the nose. We now leave this fishery in very good shape with over 95% of all fish released to grow bigger and fight another day. Roll on next Feb when we again visit this very special place, Dates are now filling fast for next years Three kings run, so if you are thinking of a trip to this fishing mecca don't leave it too late or you might be very disappointed. The next report will be from the south island were we take on the mighty blue fin tuna out of westport, we still have a few dates available so if you are wanting a gamefishing fix in the middle of winter drop us a email and we will hook you up. Till next month cheers Lance.

Three Kings Blown away

Hebert hooked up
Hi all, just back from our latest kings trip and talk about blown away, weather and fishing both. We had a keen group of Brazilian jiggers on board and the forecast was shocking to say the least, so away we went to make the best of it, and to there credit the boys had a ball in between the gails. landing over 150 kingfish with many in the high 20's and 6 over 30kg with the best going to Renato at 36kg. Some nice bass and hapuka were also landed with heburt taking the lead  with this monster puka. It was truly at trip to remember with a bit of everything the weather could throw at us, four season's in one day at times till next week cheers Lance

Monsters On the Loose

Lance 35kg

Stu 38kg
Hi all, well  they say June is big bass month and they are RIGHT. There are monsters on the lose up at the kings with the bass now in full spawn, bass fishing doesn't  get any better with mostly doubles and the average size fish in the 40kg bracket, in fact it's too good with the last trip spending 2 hours out of 5 days bass fishing, with the job done and having to drive away. We keep saying that these fish must be respected as they are very slow growing and can suffer from over fishing easily, good to see that most groups are happy to take a feed and move on to other species. Kingi fishing is strong as ever with the boys landing no fewer than 19 fish over 30kg with the best going 40kg on the nose. The Three Kings just keeps on turning out stunning trips one after the other , this place Rocks big time. cheers Lance
